Can I pay upon Delivery?

Unfortunately, this option is not valid to pay for your orders. You must pay online.

If I placed an order, how long does it take to receive the order?

We make sure each Delivery reaches the destination within the requested time frame, however, due to some circumstances some delays may occur.

What areas do you deliver to?

Gardenia delivers to all areas in Jeddah and Riyadh.

Unfortunately, we do not have access to your account information. You can easily reset your password, or view your account information by visiting the My Account page.

Can I track my order?

You may track the Delivery status of your order on your order page.

What if my recipient isn't home when Delivery is made?

If there is a safe place to leave the arrangement, the Delivery team will leave the Delivery in a secure area.

If this is not the case, a re-Delivery will be scheduled once the recipient’s availability has been confirmed.

If you have a desired action to take in the event that your recipient is not available, please feel free to contact us through our Contact Us page and we can provide our Delivery team with the instructions.

How will I know once my order has been delivered?

You may track the Delivery status of your order using on Order Page. Once your order has been delivered you will receive a Delivery confirmation email.

How long does the online payment refund process take?
