However, if you are not completely satisfied with our services, please feel free to contact us, within 2 hours of Delivery, by email or phone and provide us with your order number and the subject or your complaint.

Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If you did not receive your order, or if you received a wrong order, we may issue a full refund; if the delivered order was partly faulty, we may issue a partial refund. Problems are rare, but when they occur, we will do our best to ensure your entire satisfaction.
